KONKHRA Prepare "Best Of" CD, Next Studio Album

Denmark's KONKHRA are due to issue a “best of” album this spring containing remixed and remastered versions of some of the group's finest moments spanning their 12+ year existence. According to band leader Anders Lundemark (guitar/vocals),“the general idea is to take 1-2 songs from each album, cream them up, and put them on this release. The album will be out through Die Hard [Records], and it should be available this spring. The remixing process will commence next week.” In other news, KONKHRA are still in the writing stage for their next studio album, which they hope to record shortly for a summer/fall release through an as-yet-undetermined label. The band have thus far completed around 11 tracks for the album and will possibly resurrect some older unfinished ideas to bring the grand total to as many as 14-15 songs to track for the next record.
